Thinking of buying a property

Found one that we like

Visiting again in a few weeks

But wandering why there is no sign of solar panels

Also what is best way to keep a pool warm in the colder months

A little dated but the link below should give you an overview (you may have to disable adblocking to view it.)

I'm not sure a lot has changed but you can understand why many home owners remain wary and reticent to invest in solar power generation. Solar water heating seems to be quite common so may be exempt.

Possibly the solar power tax was putting some people off but it was the price for installation that ended any interest we had.
I have also read on the forum that there is a lot that can and does go wrong.
Very few people I know have heated pools due to the costs involved, we use ours from late May through to beginning of October or thereabouts.

Panels are expensive in Spain are usually of poor quality , loads  of branded ones available in the uk at sensible  prices , some of the swapouts from solar farms can be a good deal .
