Hi,
Can anyone tell me how much it is to reconnect electricity and water to a property. Thinking of buying property in Pinar de Campoverde but is a bank repossession, and needs to have utilities reconnected
I think the cost for reconnecting the electricity is around 120-150 €.

First check the metre box. You should see a large cartridge fuse. Mine was stolen.

It's quite possible that the smart meter has tripped and just needs resetting.

It is at the back of the Milar store on the Calle Mayor, just drive straight down the high street from Pinar and it is in your left-hand side, but like most businesses in Pilar it is shut between 2:00 pm And Four Or Five depending on the length of the siesta, your best bet is to go before 2:00pm.
