Hi we would like to have WiFi in our apartment in Punta Prima. I have noticed that previous discussions re this are mostly from 2018 is there any updated info?. We already have a satalite dish and all free channels but would like WiFi that we can pay for as and when we are over as we are yo yo's lol and only out a few weeks at a time. Any advice including possible cost would be most welcome.

I have not used them personally but I have seen them recommended several times, I am doing the same research as yourselves currently.
You could in the meantime find out if you have available fibre optic in your area, this is one of my problems, we haven't.
I did speak to dvblab, a system with a small receiver dish is €149 fitted and thereafter €19 per full month, turn on/off as you please, please note that if you only require it for say 1 week, you will pay for the full month, minimum 3 months subscription annually for free service back up.

Many thanks for your info which will come in very useful, never realised its so complicated to suss out the the best WiFi given we are not in Punta Prima permanently.

You are most welcome but ultimately you do not have loads of choice if as you state you want to have turn on/off.

I agree however I will attempt to try and find one as we intend to come over to Punta for longer so we will need WiFi

We recently bought in PUNTA Prima and use OLE for TV and WiFi. We can request turn off for a calendar month at a time.

Thanks Ann we will look into this as we will be over to Punta alot more often now and need WiFi to keep in touch back home.
