Iberia Flight Changes
Beware of Iberia flight change policy.
We where due to fly back from Asia in July. Unfortunately had to change the dates as we where not 100% sure we would be allowed to enter Spain.
Change of flights with Qatar .No problems & No Fees.
Change of hotel booking in Madrid .No problem & No Fees.
Change of car hire dates. No problems & No Fees.
Iberia. Paid over €200 for original flights & Bags.
Expected to pay €260 extra to change flight plus had to pay again for the bags.
Reason .Can only change flights 15 days beforehand.
No refund .
Tried twice to call customer service & got the same response each time.
Needless to say we are now flying with another company & just kissed €200 goodbye
