If you are moving from the U.K. on a U.K. passport, then you have to find employment first. You prospective employer than has to prove that he cannot find an EU resident to fill the position.

When this has been approved you need to start your visa application back in the U.K.

Hello

You need to find an employer that will sponsor you to  apply for a Visa.  Before an employer will  do that, he has to prove that the vacancy  has been  offered to people from the  EU and not found anyone, suitable  that could do the work.   It is very difficult now to find work in Spain as all the rules & requirements have  changed & the vaancy has to be offered to EU citizens first .

Cheers
