  • Skin So Soft dry oil, £3.50 from Avon

I have heard many comment that this is the perfect remedy, I also heard that the Royal Marines ditched the army issued repellant for this in 2005. The brand’s original Skin So Soft dry oil spray is pleasant-smelling and good for the skin – but it is also an effective insect repellant.  Smells and feels nicer than usual repellents which mosquitos have become accustomed to.

Yep it seems like a lot of use this. I’ve used it for years. I’ve still had bites recently so have used a stronger one for now
