I'm looking to move back to Spain, I was living there for 11 years. I was in Torrevieja but had a restaurant business in Cabo Roig. I currently work for a main car dealer in the UK, so anything car related would be good too. I'm really wanting to come back but need a possibe job offer first. Thanks.

If I were you I'd try to contact those people you are wanting to work for (Car dealers, rentals, insurers etc. Browse the yellow pages (paginas amarillas) and take your time - and go for it.
