It could be a blocked filter try cleaning it out

What is the exact model number, and is the fault code 03 prefixed by any letter (particularly E)?

Yes it is preceded by the letter E02. Cannot find model number, purchased about 2.5 years ago

I’ve found this manual, which is probably generic and covers a lot of models, but the manufacturer’s fault codes are usually consistent across any brands range of models
