While searching for a Correos in Relleu, I found several in the area https://es.cybo.com/ES/relleu/oficina-de-correos/.. Nothing directly in Relleu
I also found the Ayuntamiento - Town Hall who might be able to advise you if no one else posts details .
Not ideal but hope it helps.
