Hi All,
I have to pay my CHC energia bill from U.K., I used to pay by paying using my U.K. debit card via email direct to their offices.They now have A new system where you have to pay using Sabadell with 15 mins to get you payment done but web page is in Spanish, their offices have been very little help, they have said my U.K. bank will not accept direct debits ? “Help”

Your problem likely relates to Brexit.
EU companies now have issues when taking money from UK banks. If you look on this forum for posts about "Starling" bank, you will find more information (I don't want to summarise here because I can't remember the details).
Many people have opened an online account with wise.com to get over the problem
