Hi All you lovely clever computer people
With the sad loss of the PC shop in Los Montesinos where both Des and the mischievious Tommy were of so much help, where now can I turn to? (Well, I am assuming it is closed as the telephone number is no longer functioning). I only want some simple advice and not to be ripped off so any help would really be appreciated.

Hi Movington, The following is what a friend of mine has tried to do, and he can explain it far better than me!
Problem: When headphones or speaker plugged into the headphones socket. Sound momentarily goes then comes back on the laptop speaker and not on other devices.
Also Bluetooth won't connect.
What I have done:
I removed the sound driver and restarted Windows which then re-installed the driver. Problem was solved for a while but it now has come back again.

Just to let you know that Des will be opening up in Quesada shortly. Approx. 20 July or just before.
Keep calling the PC Shop number as he is taking it with him when he opens up in Quesada.
I believe the shop will be quite close to Goyas restaurant at top of high street.

Oh, that's interesting information, as I did believe that he was taking early retirement so that is good to hear. Having had good help in the past I shall possibly wait until he has opened. Man thanks Nettie. P.S. Is Tommy joining him?

Just to let you know Nettie, I saw Des yesterday and he fixed my problem, so thank you so much for letting me know he was now in Quesada. Much better situation for him too. I wish him well, in all respects.
