I am looking for advice about arranging breakdown cover for my UK car in Spain. My car is registered, taxed and MOT’d in the uk but european cover from the uk only seems to cover up to a maximum of 31 days per trip which doesn’t suit my plans.

Is it possible to buy separate cover in Spain and if so, does anyone have any recommendations please?

Many thanks and thanks for all the great advice posted on this website!!

We took out the RACE cover with the RAC. It was less expensive than I thought when purchased through TopCashback. It also entitles you to discounted Ferry fares.

Thanks for both your suggestions, I was able to sort it out with Abbygate but it’s also good to know that the RAC is also an option for next time, much appreciated :)
