I love a pasty, was very fond of Gregg's, until I started to get gall bladder pain, stopped the pasties and the pain went. But, I'm sure you can make healthier versions.

I was pleased to see you come from Cox, I've cycled there a few times and found it be very Spanish.

Hi, yes Cox is very Spanish and agricultural.  Small but busy town and at the moment, like most of Spain, ot ot ot!

I brought mine out on the ferry.  Not sure it's allowed but I always make a Potato, Onion and Corned Beef Pasty for our picnic on our travel back to Santander.  Can't understand why no-one else has mentioned love for pasty - is it a Welsh thing?  It's really tasty eaten hot or cold.

Welsh!!!
