PETANQUE BOWLS

Hi Guys, I've bought an apartment in Rojales and I'm interested in learning how to play Petanque bowls and was wondering if there was any clubs for beginners with some English speaking members,
As it is only a holiday apartment at present would this impact me from being able to join a club as I won't be there all the time.
