Hi just a update on the pool situation I’ve spoken to the architect for salinas he said I didn’t have enough land for ground pool even though my property has 4000 sq metres but a above pool was not a problem and don’t need any kind of permission or permits so hopefully this will help anyone in same situation all the best kei

I think any pool you put together yourself above ground would be classed as demountable “ desmontable “and not breaking any laws as it’s not a permanent structure. They no more than splash pools really or just large paddling pools
