Hello

 There was a very detailed post on this subject by annier999 when you last asked in July. You need an up to date padron, TIE/residencia & I would take your passport.

 Read annier999 s  post as she ' talks you through' the whole process and procedure including where you go to apply for this Citizens card/Bus pass , where to pay etc . Here is the topic....
