Conservatory sliding door

Is there anyone out there that can help? The door isn’t sliding. I have tried all Types of lubrication without luck. I need someone to lift out the door to Identify the problem. Thanks

Hi,
It’s probably the rollers that sit up inside the bottom of the door.....a Spainish guy called Edu who owns a double glazing company over in Jacarilla would fix this for you. I’ve forgotten the name of the company but it’s the large green painted building past the roundabout by the supermarket on the right hand side heading towards orihaula....he’s a top man and not a rip off merchant. Good luck with it!
