Hi everyone

I am looking at buying a small 1 bedroom apartment in San Miguel De Salinas by the football stadium, could anyone please advise me if this would be a good purchase? I do have very limited funds available, in general is San Miguel de salinas a nice town town to live in?

Are there regular bus services down to the coast?

we will be hoping to retire in the near future, it looks lovely on the pics:

Any advice would be very helpful,

Hi Nico

So many places to choose from, San Miguel, Villa Martin, Quesada, etc etc…

dont forget you also have to pay 10% purchase tax on the price you agree

tread carefully maybe look at San Javier area, there are some great places

Go and look at property yourself. Estate agents will put up any sort of beautiful photo. Public transport in Spain not great. Some areas no buses at weekends

You might need some understanding of Spanish language. Has a few hills in the area. Never buy from a video

Ths is definitely not the right time to deal with property, wait till November and take our time to look around. NO money upfront to any agent, it's gone forever. Get a reasonable price idea from the "valor de referencia" published by the authorities for every object and available online.
