Medical care INSS

We live in Santa Pola..Do we have to go to Elche with the medical S1 document or can we also go to the local SALUD office..I ask cause someone told me he never went to Elche and they helped him in this center with all the documents..Regards,Johan

Hello, there is an INSS office (Seguridad Social) in Santa Pola, Avda. Francisco Pérez Ojeda, 27, Tel. 965 411 642, but not sure if they require a prior appointment.

You will have to take the S1, passport, NIE, padrón and a completed typewritten TA1 form you can download from here

Thanks for the reply and the form..I was there but they send me toch the INSS in Elche.Did go there today but They asked for a sort of green card..I have to go to a police station in Elche to fetch it..My god ,this administration in Spain.....Europe ???Incredible...Also for the car ..Is 1,5 year old ..have to go to the ITV ??In the INSS office in Santa ¨Pola they could told me that !!!!!!Regards
