Tractor man for olive trees

Hi there,
We moved into our holiday home just outside Sax in December and have a large number of olive trees that need attention. It is apparent that they have not been attended to in quite some time and we have been advised about the "tractor man" who will harvest the olives and tend to the trees in return for the crop.
Just to ask the forum for any information etc on if this is indeed the case and if there is a way to get in contact?
