You can simply use the Amazon.es site using your UK login and password. No need to change your location to Spain just keep it as UK.
All you need to do is add your Spanish address, or a drop box, to your list of deliveries. Nothing else needs to change unless you want Amazon Prime and the UK one won't be valid in Spain. You'd have to set up an Amazon Prime Spain account but can still be paid by your uk account.
Nothing needs to change except the delivery address.
I have been living here for over 16 years and still use my uk login and password on the es site. I also have lodged another credit card (a Spanish one) to tie in with my Spanish address even though I could still use the UK one if I wanted but would be subject to currency changes.
Whether they will use your UK mobile to contact you or not I don't know but you can request notifications by email instead.
I should add you can use any Amazon country for ordering simply using the uk login details. Germany, France, Italy and so on. Ordering from them means no customs or extra VAT charges if you have it delivered to the address you have registered in Spain. You can, of course, use the same sites from UK but would be subject to extra charges which Amazon shows you before they process the order.
