Does anyone know if there are any electricians that would come out during this time of lockdown we had a massive power surge it’s blown our transformers so we have no electricity to some of the house our Insurance Company have told us to find someone to fix it and install a Power Surge Protector to our Fuse Box .

Hi, sorry to hear of your predicament during this difficult time . It is highly likely you are correct on the problem being the transformers , but who told you that it was ?

As Les mentioned, it will likely be the step down transformers for your lighting, often they run a few off one transformer depending on the number and rating of fittings you have.
Personally, I would not class this as an emergency, UNLESS, this leaves you with no lighting and therefore the area is unsafe.
That said, I do know that electricians (and plumbers etc for that matter) are still allowed to provide emergency cover and are doing so.
If you need a spark in your area then I would drop 'Villas' a note as he is in your area and a troubleshooter for those sorts of trades.
Unfortunately I am stuck in the UK or I would have helped!
