I want to change an old skybox to freesat but cannot get anyone to come to Tibi
What do you mean "change to Freesat"?
A Sky box without a subscription automatically defaults to Freeview from Sky which is similar to but not the same as Freesat, for that you need a proper Freesat box.

Due to age of my skybox, I do not get many of the channels I use to get. Also freesat gives ITV+1 and others that sky free to air does not. Do you know an installer?

I also had an old sky box and changed to Freesat.
I simply went on line to the Freesat site and saw what they were recommending and then shopped around for one at the best price. I finished up paying about €100.
It was simply a matter of swapping the boxes and it self installed. No outside help needed.
