Hi

We used sell2go estate agents and Juan González solicitor based in Torrevieja both were excellent and made the whole process very easy for us.

I wouldn't limit yourself to one agent as they will no doubt have a vested interest. Look on Kyero and Rightmove Spain for the area you want and contact agents from there, that way you are looking at more than with one agent.

I am checking these websites and i have been in touch with few estate agents in Spain already but have not found my     desired holiday home yet. So i keep trying.

Good afternoon,

Likewise we were concerned about who to use with all the horror stories you hear and read about .

We used Nigel at Interproperty Sales www.interpropertysales.com who guided us through the whole process in a professional manner explaining all the pitfalls and answering any queries/questions that we had fully. We found him excellent to deal with and trustworthy. We viewed an apartment with him on 22nd August and put in an offer which was accepted the same day completed on 4th September and moved in on 7th September .

Re the lawyers part of it we used Sun Lawyers (www.sun-lawyers.com) they guided through the complete process and gave us detailed costings when we submitted our offer and the fees/outlaws/taxes were all as they said . They have also done our NIE numbers , changed all utilities over and done our Spanish wills, and are now sorting out our residency.

Both of the above come highly recommended and if you want any more info please feel free to PM me.

Happy house hunting.

Robert

Hi, we purchased a house  a few years ago from Costa Invest. They are a large estate agents in Playa Flamenca opposite muphys irish bar. They were very professional and sorted us a house in playa Flamenca. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and on there recommendation we ended up at Olimpia villas just round the corner. We have been very pleased here, very safe and friendly and near to all bars,  restaurants and La Zenia shopping centre. Tele 0034 966 760 422  invest.com www.costa. Should you require any further info re the area let me know.
