...nyone knows what the bank will charge for making a check to pay for the apartment, I of course by then have moved the money from my Danish bank to the Spanish one, or if there is another way used than by check.

A pre-purchase contract (Contrato de Arras) normally involves the payment of a non-returnable 10% of the purchase price, which I assume you've already done.
