I was promised that I had a no fee account also.
BBVA changed tack last October, after having free banking including free debit card they began to charge me 35 euros per annum. My pension being paid in was the factor but now it doesn't count. Last week I received notification that from September it will be increased to 40 per QTR. Hence after 20 years I will change. I'm told this is in line with new residents having to show minimum income of I understand 27k per annum. No doubt there will be more changes abound.
