Hi I'm renting my apartment in torrevieja and have been sent a bill for what I think is for maintaining and cleaning its Aviso de llegada , correos I don't have an email address or phone number so I can get intouch to pay I'd appreciate some help as I know that they will add more costs if I don't pay regards Stuart.

Stuart translated it means “notice of mail arrival”. Seems you may have mail which was delivered to the post office.
