I have just had a quote from my Spanish solicitor of €120 to complete the non resident tax form. We only purchased our property just before Christmas so the tax is only€5.
Does anyone complete their own form, or use anyone else to complete the form?

Loads of recommendations on here if you look around. Spanish tax forms ltd for one who charge about a third of that.

We tend to let our solicitors do ours every year, for peace of mind, we think it’s worth it.

Once you've had it done once it's very easy to do yourself on the 210. Simply copy the figures over.

I recommend iberiantax.com. Speaks english, and the form you fill out online is very easy, they guide you along the way. They send the numbers and pay the tax, then you pay them. Takes 5 minutes and they charge only 35 €.

We now use a British company
spanishtaxforms.co.uk they charge £34.95 and are very good, they prepare the forms and you take them to the bank to pay, can’t fault them.
