Hi, here's hoping there's an expert who can help. I have a Motorola g7 android. Recently, about a week ago, I started and still have a connection problem with an online banking app (Sabadell). If I switch my internet off and use my device data, I connect without issue, but as soon as I reboot my router the connection fails. I've uninstalled the app and reloaded but the problem remains. I've talked to Sabadell technical and they insist the problem is with my device. I've changed nothing, so I'm at a loss. Any guru out there with suggestions of what to try?

Hi 

I think you need to be a little more precise - how do you "switch your internet off"? Do you disable WiFi on your phone, or do you switch off your router?

Then you say your connection fails - is that your data connection, or your WiFi connection?

I assume everything else is behaving normally?

I switch off the router

As far as I know, it's a problem between the App and WiFi. So WiFi connection?With the phone alone, no internet, I'm able to connect with Sabadell. Reboot the router, cannot connect.

Do you have a data sim in your phone, and have you tried connecting the app over 4g?
