I am trying to find out if we can get a bus pass, we own a home in torrevieja but have not yet got full citizenship, if the answer is yes how do we go about it x

You will need to register in the "padron municipal".

Hello Dunnie

 The Torrevieja Citizens Card  ( Bus Pass) is for  registered residents only. The procedure is changing very soon & then,   only over 65s will get free travel .Other cards will be available to buy  offering reduced fares for different   periods of time, weekly, monthly  .... also new routes, new timetables et.

 It was not required recently , to renew  free travel cards  as things are on hold until the new  procedure is in place.
