julia helping hand in Torrevieja

My self and my partner are moving to Torrevieja in the next few months ,we have had a place there for many years but only had holidays there.I will be semi retired ,having been self employed in the building game since 1985 .My partner is a physically fit 60 year old with years of domestic cleaning experience ,I know the jobs market is still depressed in Spain but could there be enough part time hours for a property maintenance /cleaner combo or is the market saturated as I suspect it will be with people looking for such work .I been in the building trade since I was 16 and have been self employed as a multi skilled joinery based worker and not just someone with decent DIY skills ,it would be interesting to get peoples view on this subject especially from those who have experience ,many thanks for taking the time to read my post .Brian

The answere is the summer times get busy so yes there enough work but dry up in winter  months . Good luck.x

He lady who has been doing them so far has had to go to the UK last minuet to look after a family issue and I have 3 lettings over the next 5 are you able to help ?

Hi there.... I am looking for a RELIABLE and HONEST cleaning lady for occasional cleaning our holiday apartment and also for letting guests into the flat and check if the flat is ok and when they leave.

The last cleaner I had just didn't show up when guests came and the flat didn't get cleaned. :(
