Help to remove Malware from PC

Can anyone recommend someone reputable to help me remove malware from my pc with Windows 10 OS. I am unable to access internet, files or antivirus? TIA

I had very good results with "malwarebytes-free" but it appears to me that your equipment may be infected to a level where this program will not be of much help. Check your "start-up" section for suspicious programs, run a "windows repair", check your list of installed programs and their confirgurations, specially autoexecutables. Delete all historical data from your internet browser ( >privacy). Try to pass al sensitiv personal data and files to a memory stick and reset the whole computer to manufacturer condition. Reinstall Windows and have someone check the memory stick for possible viruses and walware before copying to your computer.
