Hi I live on a small community urbanisation with a central swimming pool, and walkways, within the lockdown regulations, is it exceptable for villa owners to use these areas to take exercise.

      Thanks for your responses

Unlike the U.K. Spain does not allow any “exercise” outside your own property, all communal area are out of bounds!

That is correct all communal areas  should be locked or signed as fr.the 16th of March but pool maintenance is allowed  to maintain water quality.

Hi all thanks for all your responses, I had concurred with you all, but out of 28 villa’s their are only 12 villa’s occupied, with 1 couple exercising by walking around the communal paths once a day, and they are using social distancing, so as we have a dog and do manage to get out I really haven’t an issue with them continuing.

I think we have got to be sensible, and as long as this practice does not affect others, my idea is too not make a big deal about it. I will of course monitor this and if I feel it is unexceptable I will intervene appropriately

         Thanks all
