Car Cd/radio expert needed!

unless its a very expensive cd/radio it might be better to buy a new one, these are very easily fitted.
Agree, trouble is some are custom fit's in the car or integrated in the dash and not easily replaced, not to mention steering wheel controls to contend with.

Thanks for replying. The problem is the driver's side speaker has stopped working and we just want to know if can be repaired. Thanks again

Ask at the garage next to any Carrefour supermarket... They sell car radios so should install them.

From your original post i thought it was the unit itself but if its just one of the side speakers its almost certainly the speaker itself, with luck maybe even just a loose wire.

We could really do with knowing how old the radio / car is here because it might just be something as simple as a balance setting having been inadvertantly altered by mistake.
