Hello good people. I was looking up Cartagena. I read cars are required to display an Eco sticker on their car (for driving in certain areas). 1) How, and where, can I get my sticker (my car is category C). 2) What areas are affected by these rules, and how would I know if I am not allowed to drive in certain areas?

Go to a post office and show them your log book and ID and they will issue you one for 5 euro if it is valid.
I thought Cartagena said they weren't doing any LEZs ?'
