I am a UK resident. I am retired with a UK pension. I hope to move to Torrvieja next year. I am an Irish passport holder, how will Brexit affect my health care situation. Also will tax be different.

Until Brexit happens and we have more specific and definite information, instead of rumours, no one can tell you anything which is hard and fast. It is possible that it may be more difficult in terms of income requirements and it is unlikely that healthcare benefits for existing official residents will change, but the situation is not yet clear. The tax situation is also not clear. Sorry.

As an Irish passport holder you will still be an EU Citizen so Brexit will have no affect on your situation in Spain. That is why so many are scrambling to try and get an Irish passport.
