Good Eve to all....

I am trying to get a residency for myself and my Wife,

We have owned a property in Spain since August 2017 and we are now ready to move out, Well nearly ready!!!

We have our house on the market and once sold its all go! However i am in touch with a translator who has quoted e200 each to help with this and e150 for the padron... i am being told that this isnt possible now pre Brexit... Can anyone help?

Many Thanks in Advance

Read these:

https://www.costablancaforum.com/area/almorad%C3%AD-spain-11/residency-in-almorad%C3%AD-padron-residencia-passport-advice-23/jims-guide-the-padrn-51057/

Padron, residencia and passport advice

The prices you've been given are ridiculous and, in any case, you shouldn't need help with the padrón.

The second link above is for a residency certificate, and it's too late now to get an appointment before the end of March. If there's an extension or transition period agreed, then that guide should still be applicable during that period.

Post-Brexit, see:

Brexit or no there is of course more to attaining residency than simply owning a property.

That’s very kind of you,

We are located in central Torrevieja....

I’ll drop her an email.... I’m getting worried as I can’t get booked in for residencia before brexit ☹️

We are coming over for a few days in April and then two weeks in June and then hopefully moving out fully by October latest crossed
