Hi all, really excited with prospect of buying a 2nd home in Spain but looking for help to understand cost and process of moving personal items from UK to Spain, post Brexit.
Would like to share space in a removals van from UK to Valencia and get advice on customs paperwork.
Any help is much appreciated!

This is only relevant if you are changing your country of residence, not for a holiday home.
Due to taxes, duties and documentation needed which has wiped out the man and van trade it will need to go with international removal companies. We used https://www.howells-removals.com/ pre Brexit. They will do all the paperwork for you.
The only bad reviews I have read are for Rawhide Removals, see "Named and Shamed Costa Blanca".
It may be cheaper to buy new here or even keep an eye on the forum for used items but get a few quotes and make your choice.
