We looking for possible work or business in costablanca, I have already n.i.e number .can anybody give advice on visa ,can this be done in spain ,as I live currently uk but travel often to Costa Blanca am staying in Torrevieja for short stay ,can I obtain visa while in Costa Blanca ?

Visas to allow you to move to Spain can only be issued by the Spanish Embassy/Consulate in the U.K... subject to meeting all other requirements, finance, health, police checks etc. Without that Visa which allows you to move here and apply for residencia, you will be subject to visiting for 90days in a rolling 180days and your passport will be stamped with that information.
