I would love to improve photography. Only been here 8 months but have bought my digital SLR camera with me . Was hoping to join photography club . Dont have car at mo and live playa flamenca . Cheers

Hi Helen.
Thanks for responding.
Have you got a tripod, and a [spirit lever, to check that your camera is straight]. does not really matter as you could use mine. Need a tripod especially during times when light is fading or for sun sets and rises.
A good pair of walking shoes, as walking near or on rocks is slippery, some rocks or small stones are sharp.
Do you have a speedlight. We could meet at Torrevieja bus station, the beach and rocks are not far. If you have a friend Male or female and we could do some seascape portraits and if you have a wide angle lenses although not necessary.
If you have some great areas where you live I could travel to your area. I am sure you know about leading lines, shoot in RAW. Not to matter just enjoy your camera and have a good experience. Spain is quite safe so no need to worry about crime but one has to be street wise especially when you have a camera. Please do not wear expensive clothiers as me way of looking at life, the less you draw attention the more people leave you alone. HaHaHa Regards More time for photography
