Relax Ann - the purchasing of a home in Spain is relatively simple - it's choosing which one is the tricky part! I used Alegria Estate Agents in Torrevieja - very professional and they have English speaking Staff/Solicitor to take you through each stage
I purchased my Holiday home in 2017 (Toretta Florida - beside Haberneras) with no hassle!

Great that’s wonderful to hear, sometimes reading post on different forums can be off putting. I have gotten in touch with some wonderful helpful people that have reassured me life in Spain is great . Ann

Wow I’ll certainly check her out, most of the advice I’ve seen is get independent lawyer to stop estate agent ripping you off .. I think I would still get the property surveyed independently to prevent nasty surprises down the line .. think I’ve watched too many “a place in the sun” 😂 thank you again I appreciate the advice .
