Hi
Just wanted to know how to get planning permission in torrevieja and how to get a reasonable architect to help build an extension.
Has anyone renovated a house/build extension recently to please advise me where to start.
Plus I dont know if there's a community that covers my area.
Any help would be appreciated

Would suggest your first step is to go and speak with the municipal architect to find out in principle what you would be permitted to do. Take a rough plan and some idea of dimensions, accommodations etc Might be an idea to ask him for the names of a couple of local architects and then go and see them..
