Good morning all...To the kind people who wanted to help me with my 'property deal'...Especially Robert, Christine and 'others'.
The apartment that I was 'chasing' in Almeria, has now been SOLD, and it is 'lost'!
Had 'my bank', NOT been so GREEDY with their OUTRAGEOUS charges, then I may have been able to proceed with the purchase!
Yes...I DO realise that it is 'business', but they were talking TELEPHONE numbers, ie, 750€ 'set-up' fee, what the hell is all THAT about?? What, for a small amount of paperwork? It seems to me, that they have ALL got their grubby little hands in your pockets!😂
Then there are 'fees' for this/that, and something else, and the other, which made it impossible to continue! Thanks to THEIR charges, it would have left me with just FIFTY euros per week, just to survive on, (I'm a pensioner), yes, they offered me the deal, and THEY would have been in a 'win-win' situation but I need to illustrate, what a bunch of BANDITS they REALLY are!
I will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone ever again! Over the years, I have supported them with new customers and sang their praises, well, now they can rot for all I care, I may even close my account with them, and give all of my thousands to the local dog's home, or some other worthwhile charity... they would appreciate it more!
