Best and trustfull real estate company and lawyers?

We are hoping to either buy cash or do a mortgage up depending on what we can find.. we were there last year in the hope of buying something but if the house is 120000 and we want to obtain a mortgage we should have 50.000 cash is that accurate? Also who did you use for realtors and lawyers or maybe migrate brokers? Any info is welcomed as the agency we dealt with I felt like they showed us stuff that they wanted to get rid off and nothing of what we actually asked for . Ideally in torrevieja .Thank you
