Dear all,

I have heard that there has been some break ins in Torrevieja, but they caught the

people apparently. I wondered what part of Torrevieja the break ins were.

The people who did it broke into properties

and then rented them out. Unbelievable what people are prepared to do.

thanks

Hello,

I read that article today in the Costa News, it seems they targeted holiday homes  which they thought would remain empty for long periods but it didnt say where in Torrevieja it was. Holiday homes are everywhere in every town & village in this area, just something for you to be aware of.

Cheers

Thankyou,

I think that it is fairly secure with railings, gates and locks etc. But these days it happens everywhere there is an opportunity.

I don’t officially get the place until next Friday, so it’s all a risk to be honest.

I probably won’t come out there until the 2nd week of November, but depends on further lockdowns both here in the uk and Spain, plus if the airlines are still going.

EasyJet are in a bad way
