How are Communities structured? What are the responsibilities of the President & managing company?

Is there an information service that can provide an insight ?

regards

David

Hello

In our case, all the  relevant  Spanish laws , Urb. rules, presidential responsibilites   etc.....are kept by our administrators & all available to read or copy if you go in to the office ( which in our case, is 5mins walk).

Cheers

You should have a set of community rules which will give you the current rules and regulations. Ask your president and/or administrator for a copy.

Each community will be run differently as changes will have been made at every AGM. Some communities have large committees to run the community others leave it to the president and/or vice president. But your own rules will set out the responsibilities of the both administrators and president as well as advising how any changes can be made.
