What can I do

My daughter has just informed me that the rubbish bins recycling  etc have been placed right outside my kitchen/bedroom window  it is a parking space is there anything  I can do  I wont be able to live there with people constantly  putting there rubbish in day and night and I'm sure will attract a huge amount of flies  will not be even able to open windows in summer what can I do help

There is an email that you can write to and they will put your concerns forward to the contract company for the rubbish bins.

Provide your name and the street addre6plus any photos if you can.

Address it to Jean Paul Mulero

I have seen a Facebook page in my feed, more than likely from La Siesta area, about this topic. Might be worth looking for

I’m so sorry for you. What a horrible piece of news to receive. Not only the points you made but the bin lorries coming at midnight to empty them.  So noisy.  Definitely not what anyone would want outside their house. Get fighting and good luck. 

I’d get my solicitor to fight for me if this happened.

Thank you dont seem to be able to get help or advice from anyone else so it looks like solicitor  might be the person to talk to  again  all advice very much appreciated
