I've collected packages from this office earlier in the year, since Brexit, and never been charged.
Any info gratefully received.

I have paid €34 for a parcel from uk, it was a birthday present, I am now having problems with another birthday parcel from my daughter in uk, its stuck in madrid and wont release it, I have filled in the form and sent back and now have received an email to send a complete declaration . What a palava I do not want anyone sending me anymore parcels .

My daughter sent me two parcels from Bristol on 17th May, she paid for tracking. The first arrived within the week, and was delivered to the door, no charge. The second would have been delivered at 8:30 today, Wednesday 9th June, but I was sound asleep and didn’t hear the bell. We found the delivery slip in the letterbox and visited the local post office to collect it, to be told we have to pay€24.63, cash only, it’s to do with Brexit, customs, many Brits have to do this now. The delivery guy has ticked the box marked Reembolso. I suspect this payment has nothing to do with customs duty or I would be able to pay by card. I shall ask for a receipt. I don’t think it unreasonable to be asked to pay a small fee for redelivery, but this is ridiculous, the contents are only worth £27 and we have to go to the post office to collect it.

Still not rec my parcel today is 10th june, parcel showing in madrid awaiting documentation??? What do I do 🤷‍♀️? It was a birthday present sent from uk in april, its ridiculous. Post office filled out form took copies of my residence and passport and sent it back to madrid in may. I'm stuck as to what I do next.
