It’s from the Catral salud.

Hello The one from Catral surgery I could scan and its in my wallet.

The one I downloaded from the Govt. site, could not scan.  So I just took a photo and saved it.

Now I have two sorts of covid certs. available.

Again, I checked on Apple site and it seems IOS 15 update does not allow scanning of bar codes, a lot of customers on the blog are complaining.  I'm going to Murcia this weekend and I'll take the document into Apple and see if they can sort it out.

I'll let other iphone user know the outcome.

If you scanned it to your wallet that should be ok, when you scanned it did you scan the qr code

Yes, the one from the surgery, the picture in the wallet shows, vaccination cert. my name, date of vaccination and doses to date (3/3) and the scan picture with my name under the scan.  I must admit I have not been out as yet to try either of them, not going to carry bits of paper around as well.

...well.

When you scan make sure you scan just the QR code and not the whole page.

Apple does not allow you to directly scan Spanish covid passes into the Apple Wallet.

The Apple Wallet is designed to hold credit cards, store cards, loyalty cards and very few travel passes. However as with everything there’s always a way round it. If you use this website to scan your QR code, it will transfer to your wallet

Your other alternative is to download your covid cert to your phone, place it in a folder called “Covid” You can then click on the little box with an upwards arrow, which will give you the option to add to your Home Screen. It now just looks like an app on your phone. I’ve added my TIE card to the folder, so my covid certificate and photo ID are together when I need to show them.

Cool idea (your last paragraph) Lynn.

I have the scan certificate from surgery scanned into my WALLET on my iPhone.   Tried it today at coffee shop and it works.  Like I said previously the certificate from the govt web site, would not scan - therefore it’s a photo and saved into my notes.

I’m all set now.

So what is the situation for British non residents who have had 3 jabs and have NHS certificates? Will we be banned from bars and restaurants?

I’m sorry I don’t know the answer to this. I would try showing your certificate at bars/restaurants here and see what happens.  Some I know also ask for ID proof as well as cert.
If they were accepted at airport/ferry I see no reason why non residents visiting would have problems.

I’m sure someone will know the answer to this query.
