...ll the first phone call resulted in a promise of a call back with new security codes etc which didn’t happen.....so a few days later I rung again and this time spoke to a very fluent English speaking lad who sorted everything within two mins and we are all back on track etc and sorted!
I think like most things it depends on who you actually speak too and also catching them just right as well? I would say keep persevering and it will all right it’s self in the end ! Good luck !
